Your reading request can include personal and sensitive information. Please share only what you are comfortable sending to Layla through WhatsApp.

What information is involved

The booking form may include your name, optional email address, chosen reading, preferred call format, birth date, zodiac sign, exact birth time, birthplace, topics, and personal questions or context.

How the form works

The form assembles your answers in your browser and opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. The website does not send the message automatically. You can review, edit, or cancel it before choosing Send. Layla receives the information only after you send it through WhatsApp.

How Layla uses your information

Layla uses it to respond to your request, arrange and prepare your session, provide the reading, process any related follow-up, and maintain reasonable business records. She keeps it only as long as needed for those purposes or to meet legal obligations.

Birth information and sensitive details

Birth details are optional for most readings. Exact birth time and birthplace are needed for The Full Alignment. Avoid including unnecessary medical, financial, legal, or identifying information in your questions.

Third-party services

This site uses a Wistia video player, which may receive device, browser, cookie, or viewing information. Links to WhatsApp and Instagram take you to services with their own privacy practices. Their handling of data is governed by their respective policies.

Your choices

You may ask Layla to access, correct, or delete information you have sent, subject to records she must retain. Contact her through WhatsApp or Instagram @laystrology.
